Price Changes: The management strictly reserves the right to change, modify, or update the pricing of any service (wash, iron, dry clean, etc.) at any time without prior notice. The rates visible on the website or at the time of order confirmation will apply.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service for garments that are excessively soiled, heavily damaged, infested, or pose a risk to our processing equipment or other customers' garments.
Scheduling: Pickup and delivery times are estimated. While we strive to maintain our schedule, delays may occur due to traffic, bad weather, or unforeseen operational issues.
Missed Pickups/Deliveries: If our executive reaches your location and the customer is unavailable, rescheduling may attract an additional convenience fee.
Garment Count: The final count and description of garments made by our staff at the facility will be considered final. If there is a discrepancy between the customer's count and our facility's count, we will notify you before processing.
Check Your Pockets: Customers are strictly advised to thoroughly check all garments before handing them over for processing.
No Liability for Valuables: Neo Laundry Express management and staff are not responsible for any cash, jewelry, important documents, or other valuable items left inside the pockets or attached to the garments.
Stain Removal: We use high-quality chemicals to treat garments, but we do not guarantee 100% removal of all stains. Aggressive stain removal can damage fabrics, and we will stop treatment if we feel the fabric is at risk.
Fabric Risks: We are not responsible for inherent fabric weaknesses. We hold no liability for color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to weak fabrics, heavily worn items, buttons, sequins, hooks, and zippers during the normal washing or dry-cleaning process.
Damage or Loss: In the rare event of damage or misplacement of a garment while in our care, the compensation amount will be solely decided by the management and will typically be limited to a multiple of the cleaning charge, not the garment's original cost.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including fire, theft, accidents, power outages, or natural disasters.
Payment Terms: Payments can be made online via the website, UPI, or in cash at the time of delivery/store pickup.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the pickup executive is dispatched. Cancellations made after pickup may incur a nominal cancellation fee.
Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for processed garments. In case of a valid complaint, the management may offer a free re-wash or store credit for future use.
Original Bill is Mandatory: Customers must present the original physical bill or digital invoice to claim their garments.
Storage Charges: Customers are requested to collect or accept delivery of their processed garments promptly. Garments unclaimed beyond 30 days from the invoice date will attract daily storage charges. Disposal Policy: After 45 days, the management holds no responsibility for the condition or safekeeping of the garments and reserves the right to dispose of or donate them to recover costs.
24-Hour Complaint Window: Customers must inspect their garments at the time of delivery. Any complaints regarding wash quality, ironing, or damage must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the items with the original tags attached. Complaints made after this window will not be entertained.
Jurisdiction: All disputes, legal matters, or claims are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ara, Bihar only.
